Tier 3 Support Escalation Engineer
2rbConsulting is looking to hire an experienced Tier 3 Support Escalation Engineer for a rapidly growing team. The individual in this role will be responsible for taking on highly technical and escalated cases from the organizations Support team.
We’re seeking highly motivated individuals who have a passion for researching and documenting known workarounds as well as reproducing issues. - Take on escalated cases with a high sense of urgency and ownership
- Responsible for assisting in developing simple automation scripts and libraries for use by customers and integrators
- This individual will serve as the SME on the organizations core and premium application, API, and various apps & integrations
- Identify process gaps and help build tools and scripts to fill them
- Responsible for thoroughly understanding, researching, reproducing, and solving technical issues
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and prior customer-facing experience
- General expertise in RESTful APIs and able to understand, evaluate and discuss technical integration scenarios and architectural concepts
- Strong ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using cloud applications
- Proactive and effective problem solvers with the ability to execute with little supervision
- Strong desire to ramp up on new technologies, languages, and frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, Computer Science or Engineering degree is a plus
