2rbConsulting is looking to hire a Finance Customer Care Specialist for a rapidly growing team in Bellevue, WA. The individual in this role will be tasked with following up on inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails. This person will be the first line of interaction with both external and internal Finance queries regarding the organization.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for responding to customers within 24-48 hours of an inquiry
  • Responsible for communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Assist customers with desired changes to their account
  • Answer customer payment and invoice questions
  • Responsible for assisting the organization’s employees with questions and problems as needed
  • Tasked with resolving difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically to best assist the customer and the organization

Overall Qualifications:

  • Experience with service ticket/case systems is required
  • Must have established customer service experience, including excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and data entry
  • Experience answering customer payment and invoice questions
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage shift priorities, demonstrate good personal judgement, and effectively handle tasks under pressure
  • Ability to attend to details and pursue quality in accomplishing tasks
  • Able to complete work in a timely manner and with accuracy
  • Strong typing skills with the ability to type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
